01Who is responsible

Casefield is operated by Carve Labs AB, a Swedish company. Carve Labs AB is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

Organisation number: 559590-7907
Solhöjdsgatan 24

For privacy questions or requests, contact william@casefield.ai.

02What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and any business idea you choose to share. Your idea is optional. We also keep the contact identifier, waitlist membership and notification status needed to manage your signup and avoid duplicate notifications.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you include. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information or personal data about other people.

When you visit or submit the form, our hosting provider processes technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information and request time, to deliver and protect the site. Our waitlist endpoint also uses your IP address in a temporary, in-memory rate-limit counter.

03Why we use it

We use your waitlist details to record your interest, understand the business you want to build and contact you about Casefield early access. Joining is voluntary; you can browse the website without providing an email address.

  • Waitlist and early-access contact: your consent when you ask to join. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
  • Answering enquiries: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
  • Website delivery and security: our legitimate interest in keeping the website available, preventing abuse and resolving technical problems.
  • Legal requirements: where necessary, compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not use the waitlist to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

04Who receives it

Access is limited to people who need the information to manage Casefield and the service providers supporting the website and waitlist.

  • Resend: stores waitlist contacts, including the email address and business idea, and sends a signup notification to Casefield.
  • Vercel: hosts the website and processes requests to the waitlist endpoint.
  • Our business email provider: stores the signup notifications and any correspondence with you.

We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell waitlist information.

05International processing

Our providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Applicable safeguards can include an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

The providers describe their transfer safeguards in the Resend Data Processing Addendum and Vercel Data Processing Addendum. Contact us if you would like information about the safeguards relevant to your data or a copy of them.

06How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details for as long as needed to manage your early-access request and contact you about it. The relevant factors are whether the waitlist is still operating, whether your request remains active and whether we are still corresponding with you. We remove the information when the waitlist closes or it is no longer needed for these purposes, subject to the limited exceptions below.

You can ask us to remove your signup at any time. Removal includes the waitlist record and signup notification copies under our control, unless a legal reason requires us to keep particular information. We may retain a minimal record of an opt-out to avoid contacting you again, or information necessary to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. Technical logs and backups follow the relevant provider’s retention and deletion processes.

07Cookies and analytics

This waitlist website does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. The form does not store your email or idea in cookies or browser storage; unsent text stays in the current page.

Our hosting provider may use essential security technologies to deliver the website and prevent abuse. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice and request consent where required before enabling it.

08Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your data, request deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request a portable copy where applicable. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

To exercise a right or leave the waitlist, email william@casefield.ai. We may need to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension is needed, we will explain why.

You can complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, or the relevant supervisory authority where you live or work.

09Updates to this notice

We will update this page if our handling of personal data changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes affecting your existing signup will be communicated where required.
