01About this website

This website introduces Casefield and lets you register interest in early access. It is operated by Carve Labs AB.

You can contact us at william@casefield.ai. These terms cover this website and its waitlist. A future Casefield product or paid service may have separate terms, shown before you choose to use or purchase it.

02Joining the waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create a paid subscription, require you to buy anything or guarantee access, a particular launch date or a place in a particular order.

Casefield is in development. Descriptions of future features, connected systems and workflows explain the intended product direction; their availability and scope may change.

Submitting an idea records your interest. It does not automatically create a business, source products, launch a store, connect third-party accounts or run advertising.

03Your business idea

You keep any rights you have in the idea and other content you submit. Joining the waitlist does not transfer ownership of them to Carve Labs AB.

We use your submission to manage your request, understand what you want to build and communicate with you, as described in our Privacy Notice. Only submit information you are entitled to share. Avoid including trade secrets, sensitive personal information or someone else’s personal data.

04Examples and product illustrations

Sidecourt, Roast Club and Serein are illustrative concepts shown to help you imagine what you could build. Their storefronts, orders, social profiles, creator content, follower counts and sales figures are demonstrations, not customer case studies or verified business results. Some imagery is generated or edited with AI.

Statements about growth or reaching a million express an ambition, not a promise of revenue, profit or any particular outcome. Business results depend on many factors.

References to Shopify, Instagram and other third-party services illustrate possible connections or workflows. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. These references do not imply endorsement or an official partnership.

05Using the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, interfere with the site’s security or availability, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.

We may restrict abusive requests or suspend the website or waitlist if needed for security, maintenance or changes to the service.

06Website content and external links

The Casefield name, design and original website content are owned by or licensed to Carve Labs AB. Third-party materials remain the property of their owners. You may view and share links to the website; these terms do not grant ownership of its branding or content.

External services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party websites. Information on this website is general product information and is not individual business, legal, tax or financial advice.

07Your legal rights

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but errors and interruptions can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Swedish law applies to these website terms. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections or rights to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.

08Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or waitlist. The date above shows the current version. Updated terms do not retrospectively remove rights you already have.
